January 2009 -7Y3HM- A group of Algarian radioamateurs visited Assakrem, deep in the Sahara. This corner of the world doesn't see ham radio activity too often. |

May 2009 - VK0BP - Antarctica takes the top ranks this year. This QSL commemorates a radio contact with VK0BP on the Australian Davies Base on Antarctica. |
November 2009 - XF4T - This contact was made 20 years ago and I sent a direct QSL request. 20 years later I received the reply making it a record! |
December 2009 - VK3EPW -I had a very exciting radio contact with Peter from Melbourne on 7 MHz. He was using a self-made radio equipment with mere 20 Watts of power and a very simple dipole antenna. Despite the low power and simple antenna we successfully completed the QSO and exchanged all information over the air. Congratulations Peter! |
